Hi everyone, my name is John Parker, CEO of XLeratorAI. We’ve built a Portfolio Management and Development application suite that takes work from strategy all the way to code. We’re now expanding that flow by adding ServiceTickets as a source, essentially creating a Tickets to Code pipeline and bringing ITSM data into our applications.
We’re fully focused on ServiceNow and want our platform to complement the SPM Product Suite. Today, our applications use systems like Jira to generate Epics and Stories that feed into our AI Developer Agent. What I’d really like to do is integrate directly with a ServiceNow instance instead of relying on a mock environment, and ideally connect into ServiceNow’s AI Platform so we can align more closely with SPM.
We’re new to the ServiceNow partnership ecosystem, and like anyone getting started in the developer program, we’d appreciate some guidance on the best path forward.
Our applications run on the XLeratorAI Cloud. Our Data Orchestrator can connect to any source via API or MCP, map fields into our database, and pull tickets or data into our suite on either an event‑based or scheduled basis. We can also push status updates back to ServiceNow when one of our AI Development Agents closes a ticket.
Apologies for the long post, but I wanted to give a clear picture of what we’ve built and where we’re heading. I’d really appreciate connecting with someone who can point us in the right direction.
