Hi All,
When i try to use Investigate Problem agent workflow, it is not working. When i try to run it and provide the Problem record number, it says that it cannot find problem record.
NowAssist for ITSM is enabled. However in above agent workflow when i go to Problems investigation AI agent, and look at the field called "Select Skill" which has value called "Problem Investigation Skill". And now if i try to open that skill sit opens a page that show me "Security contraints prevent access to requested page"
And if i goto skills under ITSM and try to find any such skills, i dont see any skill for Problem investigation.
Please assist !
