Issue: AI Agent Use Case – Scope Does Not Have Read Access to ‘sn_hr_core_case_total_reward’ Table

Hi All,

I am practicing an AI Agent use case related to HR. I have installed the necessary plugins, and I have access to the table 'sn_hr_core_case_total_reward' in application scope.

 

I have created a new application and configured an AI Agent use case, where a sub flow needs to read and write data from this table. However, when I test the use case, I encounter the following error:

 

"Scope does not have read access to the table 'sn_hr_core_case_total_reward'."

 

Interestingly, this table appears under Cross-Scope Privileges in my application.

Troubleshooting Done:

  • Verified that the required HR plugins are installed.
  • Checked table access under Cross-Scope Privileges.
  • Ensured my application scope is correctly configured.

How can I resolve this issue and allow my AI Agent sub flow to read/write data from 'sn_hr_core_case_total_reward' table? Do I need to modify any permissions or adjust Cross-Scope Privileges further?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

What did you select as your Source scope in the cross-scope privileges? There are a number of application scopes associated to Agentic AI, you may need to try more than one.
