NowAssist analytics

New to the setup of NowAssist. But we are currently only using the Incident Summarization and Generate Resolution Notes and was wondering if anyone knows if we have any way to look at metrics of usage of those? I'm looking for who is using those options and how much. If there's a overall NowAssist metrics view I'd be interested in that too. Thanks!

the given link talks about how to map your skills to dashboard..after you configure the incident summarization, you can go the platform analytics and library - (please see this link - https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/task/share-db-i...) and you can go to this Dashboard and see the usage

Thank you for these details. It got me to what I think is the data (shown below)? I guess my next question is how would I see and export this data from this view? I see no option to drill down or export the data.

I think yes. Click on "Edit" at the top, then click on these lines. You should see the option to view the report name. From there, go to the report and download it.

@lukeu - Yes, you have an option to export/Duplicate/Share !! but catch is your required a role
