Hi Team,
Can someone suggest how can we start integrations with iTop and ServiceNow ,requirement is to create incident in servicenow if incident is created on iTop.

That will be an inbound. So you need to provide your incident api and auth details to the iTop admin.
Configuration needs to be made in iTop to make a call to ServiceNow when ticket is created at their end.
