Incident Summarization Skill Missing Key Fields in Output

I'm facing an issue with the Incident summarization skill in Now Assist Skill Kit. The summarization output is currently not displaying the following key fields:
 
 
- Assignment Group
 
- Assigned To
 
- Work Notes
 
- Comments
 

 
These same fields are working correctly in the Procurement summarization skill, even though both use identical prompts and input mappings — including `other_fields.all_remaining_attributes` and `relatedlists_data.all_remaining_attributes`.
 
Could we escalate this to the ServiceNow support team to verify whether the Incident data is being passed correctly into the skill?

I see your your skill is not working or not showing the expected a output. may i know the below details, 

1.  Are you using out of box skill?

2. Which version you are in (I meant Patch version)?

3. Have you tried repair? or can you share the output here?

4. if it is working for procurement, then you need to repair the ITSM plugin once and try it

The prompts for procurement and incident skill sets are exactly the same. While procurement is working fine, the incident prompt does not summarize all the provided input data fields as expected in the Now Assist admin console.

Hi @harikrishna7327 ,
Have you used OOB skill or any custom skill ?
Which patch version in your instance ? Please check  "Now assist for ITSM" installed correctly in your instance.
If OOB skill is not working , raise now support case.
