Looking for custom agentic workflows details IF you have build any

We have a got a feedback from out IT agents that OOTB agentic workflows are very simple and they are not seeing any value out of it.

We will soon be having meetings with them to understand their needs and build custom use cases.

I have seen the custom workflows in app gallery to get an idea on the custom ones but I honestly felt that all those use cases in app gallery are for the SAKE for creating them.

IF you have build any impactful custom Agentic workflows, do share the use case details.

your question is missing any context. Agentic Workflow that might be super helpful for a bank will be a nonsense for manufacturer company and simialrly.

It may differ per industry, but also per region, technical maturity of the users and/or the modules in use.

Different scenario for CSM, different for HR, ... 

Also any mention of what OOTB workflow in particular would be good
