I am looking for insights on running a workshop for Now Assist for ITSM, like what to ask, what to do in a workshop etc.
There are several workshop decks for other ServiceNow products like ITSM (incident, problem, catalog etc), in Now Create, but couldnt find a single doc/ppt anywhere for Now Assist implementation/workshop.
Any insights around this will be very helpful.

@rpriyadarshy @Dr Atul G- LNG Thanks for replying. I have gone through all the docs that you both have shared before creating this post.
None of those docs talks about actual workshop. It just talks about the Now assist features/capabilities.
If you take a look at this doc - Assets - Now Create (incident management workshop), each slide tell what to talk about it, what details to ask and capture from customer.
Likewise I couldnt find any doc for Now Assist.
