I am looking for insights on running a workshop for Now Assist for ITSM, like what to ask, what to do in a workshop etc.
There are several workshop decks for other ServiceNow products like ITSM (incident, problem, catalog etc), in Now Create, but couldnt find a single doc/ppt anywhere for Now Assist implementation/workshop.
Any insights around this will be very helpful.
Thanks a lot in advance!!!!

Hi @Suggy
As a BPC, I can say that I use Now Create on a daily basis. While I agree that it may not have exactly what you're looking for, it's important to consider the other side of things.
Modules like Incident and Change are aligned with defined business processes — they have a clear lifecycle, process flows, statuses, and are linked with multiple components.
However, Now Assist is more of a standalone platform. It can be integrated with modules like Incident to fulfill specific use cases, but it doesn’t have a structured decision lifecycle or process flow by default — and that's what’s currently missing.
I’ve followed the same link you provided to prepare a demo for one of my client workshops. Now Assist does offer several features and capabilities that are mentioned in these discussions. You can use that as a baseline to demonstrate functionality within the Incident module — that's what we’ve done successfully.
You might not find exactly what you're looking for out-of-the-box, so you may need to build some customizations yourself. Just sharing my experience — feel free to take a similar approach if you find it useful.

@Suggy Based on Now Create Docs and your environment needs you have to Cook The Workshop recipe. Now Create Docs has the content using which you can create and drive a talk in the workshop.
