Microsoft Teams duplicate messages

Hello Everyone, 

 

I recently have added the Microsoft Teams integration into my instance, however when I view the chat from the Service Operations Workspace. I am seeing the message sent twice. 

 

From what I can tell there isn't any duplicate subflows or business rules that would trigger a duplicate.

I can't tell if there is a synchronization related issue or if something was setup incorrectly.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Did you find a solution for this?  I am seeing the same problem.  It works ok on UI16 but duplicate messages get created in SOW.
