Now Assist virtual agent not working

Hello, I am trying to implement the VA with Now Assist and I have it running on my service portal but every time I ask it something it just loads "looking into your request" and then errors out as it can't find anything. Any thoughts as to why?

Hi @Andrew Meza 

 

We had the same issue a week back, and here are a few workarounds

- Repair the VA plugins

- Repair the Now Assist plugins and then test.

 

After doing all this, our issue gets resolved.

HI @Andrew Meza  - Update your Now assist admin plugin and Now assist for VA once. Also, check your information sources as well. If still, not working, then we need to reconfigure your chat and try this once in lower instance first.
