Hi Everyone, 

Need help in Integrating ServiceNow with Webex. We have to set up a chatbot in Webex which interacts with ServiceNow. User can interact and get the required info, update tickets or view KB articles and multiple other things. I have added the inbuilt ServiceNow app in Webex and configured it, created the business rules in Servicenow for Repaircase, Change and Task tables. 

Im receiving notifications in Webex from ServiceNow for (Record creation, updating, closed etc...) which is one way. I want to make it 2 way communication where users can directly go to Webex and get the required info instead of logging into ServiceNow. Please help.

@hymasriG  few Clarifications on Use Case

(1) I have added the inbuilt ServiceNow app in Webex and configured it--> is a Connector to Integrate ServiceNow and Webex Or you mean to Say you have Deployed Service Now VA on Webex UI?

(2) where users can directly go to Webex and get the required info instead of logging into ServiceNow--> So Webex will be Only Entry Point to access Service Now Bot Topics/Options which is Configured?

Hi Priyadarshy,

Thank you for looking into my case.

1) I have added the connector/ServiceNow Bot (from add apps option in Webex) which is readily available in Webex App Hub and configured it giving my dev instance ID. After the set up ServiceNow Bot got added to the Webex Chat . 

2) No, we want to Set up a chat bot to make users work easy. Same like the virtual Bot "ServiceNow for Microsoft 365" available in Teams  , Im trying to configure the similar one in Webex.

So if i Understood Correctly 

(1) ServiceNow Virtual Agent is Configured there and Its Hosted in MS teams .

(2) Similarly You want to Host ServiceNow VA in Webex also???
