Hi Everyone,
Need help in Integrating ServiceNow with Webex. We have to set up a chatbot in Webex which interacts with ServiceNow. User can interact and get the required info, update tickets or view KB articles and multiple other things. I have added the inbuilt ServiceNow app in Webex and configured it, created the business rules in Servicenow for Repaircase, Change and Task tables.
Im receiving notifications in Webex from ServiceNow for (Record creation, updating, closed etc...) which is one way. I want to make it 2 way communication where users can directly go to Webex and get the required info instead of logging into ServiceNow. Please help.

Directly "hosting" the full ServiceNow Virtual Agent UI within the Webex app is not an out-of-the-box feature like the native integrations for MS Teams or Slack.
However, you can achieve similar functionality by building a custom integration using APIs and Webhooks or leveraging the specific Webex Contact Center Connector for agent-focused use cases.
