Now Assist AI agent is not working.

Hi team,

AI Agent is getting stuck at the very first step, so we repaired the following plugins:

1. sn_aia
2. sn_csm_gen_ai

After repairing, only the first tool runs and the flow ends immediately—none of the remaining tools are executed.

We then attempted to update these plugins to the latest versions, but the update is failing. We see an error message during the plugin update process (screenshot attached).
Could someone please review this issue and help us identify the root cause?

You need to look further. The installation is blocked, so that could mean that you are missing another plugin/app that this one is depending on, or that your instance version isn't compliant, or any other reason. What does it say on why it is blocked?
