Has anyone been experiencing this issue? Any HI Case solutions that you can recommend?
This happens whenever I use the "Resolve HR Case" agent. I am having difficulties finding any logs associated with it. I have also seen that the tool works for some records and for others it just fails. I have validated that all my plugins are up to date. I feel like there is some config missing. Any information will be greatly appreciated
