How to perform restricted domain Web Search

I am trying to use web search tool in skill, but i want to access only specific sites like Servicenow community and some other. I tried using using a Skill like web search and populating sites and domain field in it, but it didn't worked out. Any possible solutions or feedback are appreciated.

I am trying to do the same, but still getting empty response.

It might be a plugin issue. Please try repairing the plugin and test again. If the issue still persists, log a new support case.

Hi @jagdeepkaur ,

As far as  I know, ServiceNow's Web Search tool in Now Assist Skill Kit doesn't support domain restrictions The "Sites or domains" field appears in the configuration but is explicitly not supported per official documentation.​
Try using custom skills with scripted GlideRecord queries against ServiceNow Community tables as a workaround.
