Hi All
Need some idea/Features if Available.
Scenario: Need to Develop VA Topics which will use LLM not NLU (Now Assist n VA). Team of Developer will do this. Let Say
D1- Developer1
D2 - Developer2
How Can we control the Assist Consumption Developer wise Let Say D1 Can consume only 100 Assist / Week while D2 can Consume 200 Assist/Week.
This Guardrail to use so that Optimized use of Assists can happen during development and Testing.
Any Pointers
Regards
RP

Hi @rpriyadarshy,
The closest functionality we have to this is our rate limiting feature: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-intelligent-experiences/page/administer/virtual-agent/...
You can set rate limits to apply across the entire instance or per user. This feature, however, doesn't have the level of granularity you are looking for to set it on a user by user basis. We are looking into adding additional granularity in the future, so stay posted!
