Now Assist - Case Resolution Notes Generation HRSD

Hello, I am working to set up resolution notes generation for HRSD, I have the necessary plugins and have activated the Now Assist Feature to always display In-Product. However, when I resolve a case, there is no Now Assist resolution notes generated. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks!

I am unable to get the Now Assist Resolution notes dialog box to appear. I do have this skill as active and available.
