Now Assist - Case Resolution Notes Generation HRSD

Hello, I am working to set up resolution notes generation for HRSD, I have the necessary plugins and have activated the Now Assist Feature to always display In-Product. However, when I resolve a case, there is no Now Assist resolution notes generated. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi @JoshMartin - 1. are you using any workspace? if not check in workspace

2. You mean you don't see resolution notes dialog box itself ?

I am not usign a workspace. In the attached screenshot is what I am seeing when clicking "Resolve Case" from an HR case. I am expecting to see the dialog with Resolution Notes being filled by Now Assist, but it is not there.

HI @JoshMartin - When you click on resolution notes , you see a small icon getting populated , are you not seeing this ? note: clock on resolution notes and wait for 2 seconds
