After activating the skills for 'Now Assist for Creators,' the features are not working. What could be the issue behind this? Can someone please guide me through it?

So I'm assuming you are doing this on a client instance and your client/company has license to it.
If so then I would suggest you raise a HI Ticket for the same. Possibly Some connection broken or blocked.
I faced a similar issue where i was getting a 500 internal error.

1. Upon the installation of the plugin, it is advisable to verify the installation status by utilizing the following link: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0727844.
2. If the first step is successful, please proceed to clear the instance by using .cache.do.
3. Should both steps fail to yield results, kindly submit a high-priority ticket to obtain assistance from ServiceNow support for resolution
