Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementer many failed attempts

Dear Community,

I've recently attempted the 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementer' certification multiple times but, unfortunately, haven't been successful. Despite thorough preparation and confidence in my answers, I haven't managed to pass!

The lack of feedback on my performance makes it challenging to identify areas for improvement, so I'm reaching out to see if others have successfully obtained this certification and to learn about the study methods or resources that proved effective. Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

If you are failing, it means there are some answers you believe are correct but are actually wrong. My recommendation is to go through the training again at a slower pace—covering one topic per day—before preparing for the exam. However, since you have already exhausted all attempts, I’m not sure if you will be able to retake it. To clarify this, I suggest logging a Now Learning case.

@Nelisvdw Looks like you have exhausted all the attempts and there is no other way but to go through the course again. As recommended by @Dr Atul G- LNG you need to go through the course at a slower pace again, while going through the course, try and recall the questions presented during the previous attempts and see if you manage to find the correct answers. Based on my experience, the questions are slightly twisted but they are from the course content only.

I'm feeling same, but in different course exam, "Now Assist for Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementer".

tbh I had a feeling this was for all the now assist exams
