I've recently attempted the 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementer' certification multiple times but, unfortunately, haven't been successful. Despite thorough preparation and confidence in my answers, I haven't managed to pass!
The lack of feedback on my performance makes it challenging to identify areas for improvement, so I'm reaching out to see if others have successfully obtained this certification and to learn about the study methods or resources that proved effective. Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
