Now Assist for Virtual Agent Explore Help Advanced Chat Experience

Hello All,

 

I am currently configuring a Now Assist virtual agent and I am struggling to figure out what the "Explore help" setup topic does in the Advanced tab of the Chat Experience tab.

 

The OOB topic "Now Assist - Capabilities" is not linked to any of my Assistants and I cannot link it to any of them since it is read-only. Further, even if I were able to link it to an Assistant, all the topic does is switch the topic to the "_empty_skill_picker" which seems to do absolutely nothing if it even exists at all. 

 

I attempted to make a custom explore help setup topic, but I couldn't even get it to trigger in the portal chat. Is this configuration setting just garbage that was left in by ServiceNow or does it have an actual purpose / can it actually be triggered?
