Now Assist in Virtual Agent - Branding:menu items not visible

Hello Everyone, 

 

I recently installed Now Assist in Virtual Agent. I want to add a menu item on the support page that is a link to a catalog item, however when I try to add an option of link or text type the option does not appear. 

 

I attached a screenshot below. When I change the type to email or phone number it will appear.

 

Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

This issue confirmed that it is a known defect, which has been addressed under PRB1905962. The fix is included in the following releases:


Yokohama Patch 9
Zurich Patch 3
