I want to understand all the reporting change impacts that result from of migrating from NLU to LLM

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for help here I am stuck with an ask in my organization where the stakeholders want to see all the reporting change impacts that result from of migrating from NLU to LLM, how can I build metrics that will help to reflect this. Any kind of reports? or PA?

DO you have LIST of Reports/KPI which is Used currently when VA is running on NLU Model.

In My view when you MIGRATE the VA Topics from NLU (Intent + Utterences) to LLM - Then Any report which measures KPI around INTENT PREDICTION may be Impacted.

But you need to First Make a LIST of Current KPIs and Report List.

@rpriyadarshy  Thank you for sharing the information. I do have list of reports where NLU was being used. I want to create report for LLM, where could be the starting point to create report for LLM. Can you please guide
