Hi @Jyo090
I tried this in my instance, and when you click on “Get Help,” it just prompts:
“Ask a new question or type ‘exit’ to exit the skill.”
When I asked “What is ServiceNow?”, it gave me an answer. So “Get Help” seems to provide general assistance rather than help specific to any particular topic.

When using the Get help feature, you can expect a summarized response generated by ServiceNow's Generative AI (Now LLM).
It basically pulls information from the ServiceNow documentation, knowledge base articles, and other contextual platform data to provide direct solutions.
