Now Assist Panel not functioning

Hey everyone, 
I have Now Assist installed, with many ITSM, HRSD, Creator & Platform plugins installed, with skills activated, no issue, but when activating the Now Assist Panel, I follow the documentation, they turn it on, while I have extra steps configuring it.

 and when following the steps, I want to activate skills in the panel, but there is an issue with duplicate keys

I go to manage skills, I see them all up and running,

I also found this while debugging, about having duplicate key rows, those records are identified as empty, though not

Any idea how to resolve this?

@Rami_Joulani - 

  • Navigate to the 'sn_nowassist_skill_config_status' table.
  • Verify that there are no duplicate records for NAVA-related skills (e.g., "Now Assist Topics"). If duplicates exist, delete the most recently created record

Try to repair the Now Assist plugin once and test then

@Dr Atul G- LNG  I repaired many plugins related to now assist, such as Now Assist in Conversational Spokes, Now Assist in Virtual Agent Configuration, & Now Assist Core, but it didn't solve anything.

Log a case mate.

A few other things to check:

  1. Double check AI search is installed
  2. Activated the NAP in Now Assist Admin Console > Now Assist Experiences
