Now Assist Panel not functioning

Hey everyone, 
I have Now Assist installed, with many ITSM, HRSD, Creator & Platform plugins installed, with skills activated, no issue, but when activating the Now Assist Panel, I follow the documentation, they turn it on, while I have extra steps configuring it.

 and when following the steps, I want to activate skills in the panel, but there is an issue with duplicate keys

I go to manage skills, I see them all up and running,

I also found this while debugging, about having duplicate key rows, those records are identified as empty, though not

Any idea how to resolve this?

@Rami_Joulani - 

  • Navigate to the 'sn_nowassist_skill_config_status' table.
  • Verify that there are no duplicate records for NAVA-related skills (e.g., "Now Assist Topics"). If duplicates exist, delete the most recently created record

Hey @Dexter Chan,

I double checked, Now Assist in AI Search is installed, Now Assist Panel is turned on,

Can't tell if the empty records are related.

Try also upgrading to Yokohama Patch 4

@anubhavkapoor76  Thank you! That worked, I found multiple duplicate files there for Now Assist.

I activated those, and turned it back on, but somehow the panel yet is misconfigured I guess,

It's not like it doesn't operate correctly, it doesn't operate at all, do you know what am I missing?
