Now Assist "Summarize" Button Not Appearing on Shopping Hub for Now Assist Requester Skills

Hi community,

 

The Now Assist skills for Sourcing and Procurement Operations, specifically the following three, are not working correctly:

  • Sourcing request summarization for requesters
  • Purchase requisition summarization for requesters
  • Purchase order summarization for requesters

Although I have granted myself the necessary role (sn_spend_gen_ai.now_assist_requester), the "summarize" button does not appear on the Shopping Hub.

In contrast, the skills ending in "for fulfiller" worked successfully just by assigning the respective required roles to myself.

The version is Yokohama. What am I overlooking? Please let me know if you have any insights.

I don't have the Finance and Supply chain capabilities activated, but about AI Skills in general, you can check these tabs for Availability, Trigger, Access and Display:

Another thing would be to repair the plugin and/or create case from Support Portal..
