Now Assist Resolution Notes Generation (HRSD)

Hello, I am working to set up resolution notes generation for HRSD, I have followed all of the steps to ensure the feature is active and available. However, when I go into a HR case and try to resolve the case (with the correct role) there is no Now Assist generated notes. (As if the feature has never been turned on). Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi @JoshMartin

We did the same for the Incident domain, and it's working fine. Please make sure the pop-up blockers are enabled and that you’ve set transition notes for the specific state. If not, try repairing the plugin once.

Hi @JoshMartin - Two places i would ask you to check,

1. roles for which it works - role is sn_hr_core.basic   or

2. Define availability under now assist features- Please change as per your requirement or simple choose "Skill always available" ,

3. if not working, i request you to replicate this step in your instance - https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resourc...

note: ensure a minimum of 200 words on the case so that generative AI can generate the resolution notes automatically.
