Now assist role for knowledge creation

We have configured the Now Assist skill for Knowledge Base generation in CSM; however, the option to create knowledge is not appearing in the UI.

Could anyone please confirm which roles need to be assigned to the end user in order to use Now Assist skills for knowledge creation?

Also try to repair the plugin once else log a now support case as it is oOTB.
