Now Assist - Self Learning?

Hi all, I have a quick and maybe basic question. Does Now Assist learn over time, so will it eventually give better answers to users queries within Virtual Agent conversations or within the Service Portal AI Search? 

 

I know that within one virtual agent conversation the user can ask multiple queries and Now Assist will use information from previous questions/answers to give a better new answer.

That course does not show up for me.  I only see Now Assist Skill Kit Fundamentals.

You can log in to Now Learning and search for the Now Assist course. You need to check the "fee-based" course to find the answer to your issue.

I don't have fee-based options. And even if I did, I wouldn't want to pay for something that ServiceNow should have documented. 

Like @benm3 I'm trying to understand how the Now Assist engine learns and how/if we can contribute to the learning process.
