Now Assist Side Panel - Summarizing Records While in Change Request View

Has anyone been successful at using the now assist side panel while viewing a change request, to summarize other records, such as another change request , change task, service requests, problems?  We would like the capability for now assist to summarize another record without navigating away from change request screen.

for our POC we tried to summarise RITMs but we didn't manage to achieve it, after some time it was decided not to spend more time on it. I just remember it wasn't easy to do in our case... Let's hope that somebody else will help you better here

You can create a custom skill to summarize any other record on the Platform using the Now Assist Skill Kit, if we do not provide this skill out-of-box. To trigger it from the Now Assist Panel (NAP), you Configure chat assistant for NAP, and make the custom skills available to this assistant. Users will then be able to invoke any of your custom skills and to provide the record number as input for the summarization. Hope this helps.
