Now Assist Virtual Agent (NLU) - PDI

I'm currently trying to implement Now Assist with the Virtual Agent in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) and running into problems with the NLU (Natural Language Understanding) component. The NLU doesn't seem to function as expected, and I'm not sure where the issue lies.

Additionally, is it even possible to fully implement and test Now Assist with NLU on a PDI, or are there any limitations I should be aware of?

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Are there any common missteps I should check for when configuring NLU in this setup? I’d appreciate any tips or guidance on resolving this.

Hi @RodrigoC4406914 ,

You cannot enable Now Assist and NLU in PDI. You can try looking for some Now Assist or NLU courses with Simulator Instance on NowLearning.
