Hi @Diane22,

if you want to play with Now Assist, the best way is to take some of the trainings in Now Learning.

For example:

But for PDI, it isn't available as of today and doesn't seem to be in near future either...

@Diane22 this could be also a helpful resource: Now Create | Now Assist for ITSM - Implementation Guide

Hi @Diane22

Now Assist / GenAI / AI Search are features that require extensive resources to run, and it’s unlikely they will be made available in PDIs (Personal Developer Instances) in the future.

The best way to learn and get hands-on experience is through Now Learning training, where you’ll have access to guided labs and structured content specifically designed for these AI capabilities.

@Diane22

Now Assist would required additional resources and would be highly unlikely to be available in PDI considering the number of instances. Best way to learn Now Assist module would be via ServiceNow University Course and lab instances and if you are working with Partner Organization, by subscribing to partner demo instances.

You can also go through below resources that could be helpful

As per community guidelines, you can accept more than one answer as accepted solution. If my response helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
