NowAssist Creator Error

Hi


We have an issue with Now Assist Creator. When a user opens a code editor and uses Now Assist to generate code, the popup opens correctly and accepts the prompt, but code generation fails with an "Internal error. Please try again." message.

Any help in this

Hi @rajesh54 

 

If this is a client instance, then I would suggest two options:

  1. Try repairing the Now Assist Skill Kit / Code Generator plugin once and see if the issue gets resolved.

  2. If the issue still persists, log a ServiceNow Support case for further investigation.

I am assuming this is not a PDI, as these plugins and features are typically not available on PDIs.
