NowAssist Features for IRM implementation

Hello,
I am looking for some resources which could provide me some insights as to the features of NowAssist that are available for IRM/GRC implementation. I am aware that NowAssist for IRM/GRC implememtation is not available yet, but are there any existing features of NowAssist which can be used for IRM/GRC implementation?

Hello @DiptangshuB 

 

I can think of utilising features like Analytics generation, but nothing specific to GRC that you can leverage NowAssist.

As far as I know, Wherever there is a case record like ITSM, HRSD,CSM, Health care and FSM, it can summarize and it blends well with VA too.

 

GRC/IRM is one area where there's not much Now Assist capabilities. May be in future releases.

I can only think of this way as of now - Utilize Now Assist Generic LLM Connector and Build some use case/Skill for utilization.
