Regarding Field Change on Activity Stream On Now mobile

Can we hide field Change on the Activity Stream on now mobile though mobile app Builder or any other way?

Hey Buddy,

 Right now; There isnt a native setting in Mobile App Builder that lets you hide just the “Field changes” portion of the Activity Stream on the Now Mobile app. The mobile activity stream uses the same underlying audit/history data as the platform UI and Mobile App Builder mainly controls whether the component is shown — not which activity types appear inside it.

If you need to remove field changes specifically the options really are:

• Adjust auditing on the fields you dont want tracked so those updates never appear in the stream.

• Implement a customization to filter activity entries before they render in mobile requires extending the activity stream data source.

• Build a custom mobile component that only shows comments/work notes and excludes audit history.

OOTB, there isnt a configuration switch to hide field channge entries while keeping the rest of the activity stream intact.

As of now there isn't any such activity, unfortunately, but let's see in upcoming upgrades of ServiceNow.
