We are attempting to integrate MS Teams with the Now Virtual Agent in ServiceNow. However, whenever we try to add the MS Teams tenant, we receive the message: "The Microsoft Teams tenant associated with is currently registered with another instance."
We had previously integrated this MS Teams with another instance, which has since been zBooted, but the link has not been removed.
Can anyone assist us in removing the link to the previous instance?

@varunagarwal83 you cannot proceed with registering it to your new instance. this is a common issue when trying to integrate Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow Virtual Agent if the Teams tenant is still linked to a zBooted (wiped) instance.
You need raise a request to ServiceNow support with Hi Support Case to manually remove the existing Teams tenant registration from their backend.
