Report Creation - Problem with finding Customer Name Column

Hello everyone,


I am currently trying to generate a Category-Task report in service-now and I have reached the step Configure (see attached). I want to have a column including the customer name of the request, but I fail to find it in the "Choose columns" field, as all of the "Name" fields generate the name of my company and not the customer.


Would it be possible for you to provide me some assistance?

You most likely have to "dot walk" up to the task record/field that contains the persons name- so most likely on RITM you have to go to Request+ then go to the Requestor field and add that to your report.  If your running the report on RITM table or whatever table and you cant see the customers name on that table you have to navigate to the related record that contains it and add that column in,

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, I already tried that and it generates an empty field
