Is there a way to handle sensitive data before passing to the LLM? There is nothing clearly mentioned here https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-assist-articles/now-assist-guardian-faq/ta-p/3065004

Hi @ubhimani,
this is one million dollar questions :)))) I think this is the most crucial point of the AI models nowadays.
One thing would be to have the AI run locally, but I am not sure if it is even possible for ServiceNow (maybe the on premise) but let's see the other responses, I am also very interested myself

@GlideFather i did find a documentation here Configuring Data Privacy for Now Assist but some of the configuration are not available directly, not sure if they require some additional licenses/roles.

Hi @ubhimani ,
As per documentation in your instance require latest version of Generative AI Controller.
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-security/page/administer/security/concept/configure-now-assist-data-privacy.html
For sensitive data processing you have to enable Now Assist Guardian for respective Plugin like "ITSM for Now Assist" or "Now Assist for HRSD" etc.
Product Documentation : https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-intelligent-experiences/page/administer/now-assist-p...
Please mark helpful and correct answer if it's worthy for you.
