ServiceNow Sandbox is free or paid feature?

We have a licensed ServiceNow instance and we got to know that we can create ServiceNow sandbox in instance. But Sandbox option is not showing in our licensed instance.

Please let us know following things.

1. ServiceNow Sandbox is free or paid feature?

2. How to enable Sandbox for existing instance.

1. ServiceNow Sandbox is free or paid feature?---> Free or Paid depending upon your License $ Value and Contract.  I know few big customers where Service Now Gives this Free for new stuffs testing.

2. How to enable Sandbox for existing instance.--> Co-Ordinate with Sales Rep they will facilitate its enablement.
