Dear all,
I setup a twillio configuration for Voice Agent interaction.
For that I setup assistant provider in Assistant designer and from Auth mode I set SotPin.
When I dial to the provider number and prompt for SoftPin, it says it is not correct and I am sur it is the correct Pin code
The softPin I configure it from Authentication Factors - SoftPin - Enroll .
Does any of you have any idea why it fails ? Am i correctly set the SoftPin ?
