I'm working on a use case and agent which searches for related knowledge articles and then generates a knowledge article if a related one isn't found.  When testing, it starts off well with the first step completing.  When it gets to the step to generate a knowledge article (using the Generate Knowledge Article Now Assist skill as the tool).  I get an error message (see below).  Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

So, I found the issue after some additional trouble shooting.  In the tool I created, the Now Assist Skill was blanked out.  It couldn't be edited so I had to create a new tool for the skill to be used and then removed the original.  The concern remains, why was the skill blanked out?

Hi Warren... It was an out of the box skill.  I deleted the tool from the agent and created a new one which has worked without issue, but it looks like the original one is still in the sn_aia_tool table.  Below is a screenshot.

Hi,

This error occurs due to the Agent proficiency not being filled out or being inaccurate. To resolve the issue:
  1. Update the AI agent. The prompt may not be descriptive enough.
  2. Validate that AI Search is enabled.
At least that has worked for me in the past!
