I am wondering how other companies are keeping track of “assists” usage. We will have 2 production instances, and 15 sub production instances. How do companies track the number of “assists” used across multiple instances? I am hoping we do not need to sum up the number of “assists” used in each instance to see how many we are actually using, compared to what we are licensed to use.

View a summary of your Now Assist entitlements and track Now Assist usage across all of your instances in Subscription Management. You Can Track Now Assist usage across your production and non-production instances.
Admin > Subscription Management > Subscriptions > Now Assist usage
In some scenarios, data isn't displayed in the Instances list.
- Only instances on Washington DC Patch 2 and higher are listed in the Instances list.
- If data sharing is restricted on an instance, usage data for that instance is hidden. You can disable the restriction by updating the trust configuration on that instance. See Share subscription data from another instance.
