We successfully upgraded the our instance to Zurich Patch4.
Following the upgrade, we attempted to establish a connection to the Oracle MCP Server using Credential Authentication; however, this attempt was unsuccessful.
Connectivity to Oracle via REST API calls from ServiceNow has been verified and is functioning correctly.
Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue so that we can establish a successful connection and retrieve the MCP tools.

Hi @lll1 ,
Have you tried remapping the Oracle MCP server to a valid credential alias in Zurich.
Please verify MCP Server Registration
Navigate to MCP Server Console (Model Context Protocol > Servers).
Confirm the Oracle MCP server entry is still active and points to the correct endpoint.
Re‑enter the server URL if necessary.
Check Credential Alias
Go to Connections & Credentials > Credential Store.
Ensure the credential alias used for Oracle MCP is valid and mapped to the correct username/password.
