Unable to enble 'include email' option in resolution notes generation skill

There is an "include email" checkbox in the view input section of the resolution notes generation skill.

We are trying to check it on, but we cannot update the skill because there is no copy button for this tile. It can't be copied.
Has anyone run into this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi Binnie,

#1 Try to update Now Assist Plugin to Latest Version. If it is already upto date, try #2
#2 Go to sn_nowassist_skill_config Table and Check the  "is_template"  is set to true. This will help to copy the skill.

This should fix the issue.
