Unable to Open "Incident Item Stream" in Mobile App Builder

Hi Community,

I am working on a requirement to update the Now Mobile Incident Record View with the following changes:

• Retain Short Description at the top of the Incident record view.
• Display Problem Statement on the Incident detail view.
• Remove the duplicate Urgency field and retain only one Urgency field.
• Add Business Impact in the position currently occupied by the duplicate Urgency field.

To make these changes, I navigated to:

• Now Mobile App→ App Launcher → Home Page

• Mobile App Builder -> Now Mobile -> Mobile App Configs

Then I opened the My Request screen and selected the Submitted screen segment. However, when I try to open the Incident Item Stream component, I receive the following error:

"Security constraints prevent access to the requested page."

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could you please advise:

1. What roles or permissions are required to access and edit the Incident Item Stream in Mobile App Builder?
2. Are there any specific ACLs, application scopes, or security settings that could cause this error?
3. Is there an alternative way to modify the Incident record view for Now Mobile?
