When i try to add entity, I am getting this error

If you are testing this in a PDI, then this behavior can be expected because NLU features are not fully available or supported in Personal Developer Instances. For full NLU functionality, you may need to use a properly licensed non-PDI environment.

PDIs do not support Machine Learning services, including NLU.

I also faced same error during learning VA in my pdi . Some features are not availble in PDI , so practice on servicenow lab instance .
