We are using Enhanced Chat & Now Assist and are in the process of using a record producer as one of our fallback options in VA:
When we use a record producer on the incident table, we see that after submitting an incident, you get a display card:
When we however use a record producer from a different table (e.g. interaction), it will not give a display card but instead give a link:
Does anybody know if these display cards for record producer fallbacks are configurable?
Can we change the fields being displayed and can we enable them for other tables?
In a normal topic flow this can be scripted but in the record producer fallback I don't see any option to script.
